Devlog #2 – Code Tweaks, Door Logic & Blender Props

Since the last update, I’ve made a few small but important improvements:
-
Code clean-up – Refactored a bunch of my old scripts to make things more organized and future-proof. It’s not the flashiest part of game dev, but smoother code means fewer headaches later.
-
Locked/Unlocked Door System – Doors now show proper on-screen messages depending on their state. If it’s locked, You'll get text pop up and a locked sound play. If you’ve got the key, it opens and the key is discarded. This small feature makes exploring feel a bit more alive and interactive.
-
Custom Props in Blender – Started making some simple environment props to replace placeholders. Still basic, but it’s helping shape the atmosphere I’m going for.
More to come soon. Thanks for checking in!
